That is where we come in. We look across the whole system, test what the evidence says and make the hard choices visible. You get an independent view of what is working, what is getting in the way and where to act first.
A focused intervention
We start with one transformation, programme or service portfolio, one named sponsor and one central question. We review the plans and governance, then follow the connections between service ownership, decision rights, cost and value visibility, and operational readiness.
Up to eight stakeholder conversations and 12 existing artefacts are included. The work is remote by default. Fixed scope. Direct involvement. Clear next steps.
What you leave with
A concise findings pack, up to 12 pages, that you can put in front of the people who need to decide. It shows the friction and the evidence behind it, the risks to value, accountability and readiness, and what is already working.
You also get a prioritised 90 day action plan with suggested owners, followed by a 90 minute sponsor readout. We use that conversation to decide what happens next, not to admire a slide deck.
How the ten days work
Days 1 to 2: We agree the central question, success criteria and evidence request, then line up the conversations.
Days 3 to 5: We speak with stakeholders and review the existing material.
Days 6 to 7: We test the findings, separate symptoms from root causes and prioritise the decisions.
Days 8 to 10: We prepare and present the findings, then agree the first actions and suggested owners with the sponsor.
The ten working days are usually delivered over two to three elapsed weeks, depending on stakeholder availability.
Clear boundaries
This is a diagnostic, not an audit, certification or implementation engagement. It does not include detailed architecture or security assessment, new data collection, system access or an exhaustive cost model. Extra interviews, sites or workstreams can be scoped separately.
